Charity coins
Last updated: 14 October 2026
A charity coin donates some or all of its creator rewards to charities. Creators pick the charities from donate.gg, the same donation service pump.fun uses, and mogz sends each charity's share to donate.gg on Solana.
How it works
- When creating a coin (or later, from the coin page), the creator turns on sharing and searches for charities by name. Up to 5 charities can be picked. Each result shows the charity's location and tax ID.
- Each charity gets a percentage, and other wallets can be added next to them. All shares add up to 100%.
- mogz's distributor collects the 0.30% creator fee, and the creator side of the pool fees after graduation, and credits each charity its share.
- Once a charity's balance from a coin reaches 0.01 SOL or 1 USDC, mogz sends it to donate.gg's Donation Relay program. The donation is credited to the coin's creator and carries the message "mogz $TICKER".
- donate.gg swaps donations to USDC and pays the charity. donate.gg's fee for each charity is shown on the coin page.
- The coin page lists each charity with its share and the total donated so far. Every donation is a Solana transaction anyone can look up.
mogz does not add a fee to donations. The network fee, and the small account deposit donate.gg's program takes the first time a charity receives a donation from mogz, are paid by mogz.
No endorsement
A charity on a coin has not agreed to be listed and does not endorse the coin, its creator or mogz. Buying a charity coin is a trade. It is not a donation to the charity and may not be tax deductible.
For charities
If your organization appears on a coin and you want it removed, contact us on X at @MogzFun with a link to the coin and a way to confirm you speak for the charity. mogz will review the request and may remove the charity from the coin or hide the coin. Donations already sent are on-chain and cannot be reversed. To change how donate.gg lists or pays your organization, contact donate.gg.
