Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains what information mogz (mogz.fun) collects when you use the site, how it is used, and who else sees it. mogz is built around public blockchain data, so a lot of what you do here is public by design. Please read the section on public data carefully.

Public blockchain data

Coins, trades, balances and transfers on mogz happen on the Solana blockchain. Anything recorded on-chain, including your wallet address and every transaction it signs, is public and permanent. mogz reads this data to show prices, charts, holder lists, profit and loss and leaderboards. mogz cannot hide or delete on-chain data.

What mogz collects

  • Wallet address. When you sign in, mogz stores your Solana address and creates a profile for it.
  • Profile details you add. Username, bio, profile picture and X handle. These are shown publicly on your profile.
  • Content you post. Replies, callouts, likes, reposts, follows, bounty posts and submissions, squads, watchlists and lists. Posts and follows are public.
  • Images and coin details. Images you upload and the name, ticker, description and links of coins you create are stored on IPFS through Pinata. IPFS content is public and anyone with the link can read it.
  • Settings and activity. Your trading and display settings, notifications and the coins you recently viewed, when you are signed in.
  • A hash of your IP address. When you open a callout without signing in, mogz counts the view once per hour using a salted hash of your IP address. The address itself is not kept for this.

mogz does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or government ID, and never asks for your seed phrase or private key.

Cookies and browser storage

mogz sets one cookie, phun_session, when you sign in. It keeps you signed in for up to 30 days and is deleted when you sign out. If you use email or social sign-in, Privy may set its own cookies. mogz also uses your browser's local storage to remember preferences such as settings, panel layout and the last tab you opened. That data stays in your browser. mogz does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

How mogz uses it

  • To run the site: sign you in, show your profile and posts, build the transactions you ask for and send notifications.
  • To pay holder and split rewards and bounty payouts to the right wallets, and to send charity coin donations to donate.gg.
  • To keep the site working: limit spam and abuse, and enforce the terms of service.

mogz does not sell your information and does not use it for advertising.

Services mogz uses

  • Solana RPC providers receive the blockchain requests mogz makes for you, which include wallet addresses and transactions. Requests from your browser go through mogz's server first.
  • Pinata stores uploaded images and coin metadata on IPFS.
  • Privy handles email and social sign-in when you use it, and receives the email address or social account you sign in with.
  • donate.gg receives the charity searches typed on the create page (through mogz's server) and the donations mogz sends for charity coins, which name the coin and are credited to its creator's wallet.
  • LiveKit carries livestream video and audio when a creator goes live. mogz does not record streams.
  • Your wallet app is a separate product with its own privacy policy.

How long mogz keeps it

Profile details and posts are kept while your profile exists or until you delete them. You can ask mogz to delete your profile and posts. On-chain data and files already published to IPFS cannot be deleted by mogz, although mogz can stop showing them and unpin files from its own Pinata account.

Your choices

  • Edit your username, bio, picture and X handle at any time from your profile.
  • Delete any of your callouts from its menu.
  • Clear mogz's local storage from your browser settings.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by contacting us on X at @MogzFun. mogz may ask you to sign a message with your wallet to confirm the request comes from you.

Age

mogz is not meant for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Questions about privacy: contact us on X at @MogzFun.
