How it works

Last updated: 14 October 2026

mogz lets anyone create a coin on Solana in one transaction. Every coin starts on a bonding curve run by Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve program and moves to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool when the curve fills up.

The short version

  1. Pick a name, ticker and image, choose SOL or USDC as the pair, and create the coin.
  2. Anyone can buy and sell it on the bonding curve. The price rises as people buy and falls as they sell.
  3. When the curve holds about 84.95 SOL (or about 12,742 USDC on a USDC pair), the coin graduates.
  4. Its liquidity moves to a DAMM v2 pool where trading continues. That liquidity is locked forever.

Supply

Every coin has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens with 6 decimals. Nobody can mint more, and there is no team allocation: the creator gets tokens only by buying them, the same as everyone else.

Bonding curve

A new SOL coin starts at a market cap of 28 SOL and graduates at about 410 SOL. A new USDC coin starts at 4,200 USDC and graduates at about 61,500 USDC. Each trade on the curve pays 0.50%. See Fees for the split.

The curve always quotes a price, so you can buy or sell at any time before graduation. Large trades move the price more, and the slippage setting caps how far the price can move against you before the trade fails. You can change the default in Settings.

Graduation

When the curve reaches its threshold, mogz calls Meteora's migration instruction and the coin moves to a DAMM v2 pool. Buy and sell keep working from the same coin page. All of the pool's liquidity is permanently locked: half belongs to the creator side and half to mogz, and nobody can withdraw it. The pool fee starts at 0.50% and steps down to 0.10% as the market cap grows.

Creator rewards

0.30% of every curve trade, plus the trading fees earned by the creator's half of the locked pool after graduation, go to the coin's rewards recipient. The creator picks the recipient when creating the coin:

  • Creator. Fees build up for the creator's wallet, and the creator claims them on-chain from the Rewards tab on their profile.
  • Holders. Fees are shared among the coin's holders in proportion to their balance. The curve, the pool, the creator and the mayhem agent are left out. Holders claim their share from their profile.
  • Share with wallets and charities. The creator lists wallets and charities with a percentage for each, adding up to 100%. Charities are picked from donate.gg (up to 5 per coin) and their share is donated through donate.gg. See Charity coins.

A creator can move rewards from their own wallet to holders, a split or charities after launch. Moving back to creator mode is not offered. Holder and split balances are paid out by mogz from a platform wallet when you claim, so you do not need to sign a transaction.

Mayhem mode

Mayhem mode adds a trading agent to a coin for its first 24 hours. The creator turns it on at launch and funds it with a SOL budget, sent in the creation transaction. The agent buys and sells with that budget, and every agent trade is labeled Agent in trade feeds. The creator picks Auto or Manual mode at launch and can later switch modes, pause the agent or add to its budget. The agent also pauses when liquidity or market cap is too low, and it stops after 24 hours. Mayhem can only be turned on when the coin is created.

First buy

When you create a coin you can buy some of it in the same transaction, before anyone else can trade. The create page shows an estimate of the tokens you will get, worked out from the curve. The first buy pays the normal 0.50% curve fee.

Coins on mogz are created by users. mogz does not check, endorse or vouch for any coin, and most coins lose value. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
