Trademark guidelines
Last updated: 14 October 2026
The mogz name and logo identify mogz. These guidelines explain how you can refer to mogz without confusing people about who made what, and how to report a coin that misuses someone else's trademark.
You can
- Say that your coin was launched on mogz, or that it trades on mogz, with a link to its mogz page.
- Use the name mogz in articles, videos, posts and reviews about mogz.
- Use the mogz logo, unchanged, next to a link to mogz.
You cannot
- Name a coin, ticker, squad or profile in a way that suggests it is made or backed by mogz, such as an "official mogz token".
- Use the mogz logo as a coin image or banner, or change the logo's shape or colors.
- Use the mogz name or logo in a domain name, app name or social account that could be mistaken for mogz.
- Suggest that mogz endorses, audits or partners with your project when it does not.
When you write the name, use lowercase: mogz.
Other people's trademarks
Coins on mogz are created by users, and some use names or images of brands, people or projects. That does not mean the brand is involved. If you own a trademark and a coin, profile or post on mogz uses it in a way that misleads people, contact us on X at @MogzFun with:
- Your name and the trademark owner you represent.
- The trademark, with its registration number and country if it is registered.
- Links to the coins, profiles or posts on mogz that you are reporting.
- How the use is likely to confuse people.
mogz may hide the reported coin's name, image or banner on mogz, or hide the coin from mogz's pages. A coin's on-chain name and metadata cannot be changed or deleted by mogz. For copyright complaints, use the DMCA policy.
