1. What mogz is
mogz is an interface for creating and trading tokens on the Solana blockchain. Coins are created and traded through Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve and DAMM v2 programs, which mogz does not own or control. mogz builds transactions, shows market data and hosts social features such as replies, callouts, bounties and livestreams.
2. Who can use mogz
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may not use mogz if you are in a country or region where it is illegal, or if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit you from using it. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
3. Your wallet
mogz never has your private keys. You sign every transaction that spends from your wallet yourself, in your wallet app. The only funds mogz holds are unclaimed holder, split and charity rewards, the rewards of open bounties and mayhem agent budgets. These sit in mogz wallets until they are paid out or spent. Transactions on Solana are final once confirmed: mogz cannot reverse, cancel or refund them. mogz cannot recover a lost wallet or seed phrase.
4. Coins are made by users
Anyone can create a coin on mogz. mogz does not review, audit or endorse coins, their creators or the claims made about them, and a coin's name, image or charity label does not mean it is connected to any real person, brand or organization. Coin details cannot be changed after creation. Nothing on mogz is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
5. Risks
- Most coins lose most or all of their value. Prices can move very fast and liquidity can disappear.
- Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers and the Solana network can fail, be delayed or have bugs.
- Data shown on mogz, such as prices, market caps, profit and loss and estimates, can be late or wrong.
- Other users can be dishonest. Treat callouts, replies and livestreams as opinions from strangers.
You use mogz at your own risk and only you decide what to buy or sell.
6. Fees
Trading fees are set in each coin's on-chain configuration and are listed on the Fees page. Solana network fees are paid separately to the network. mogz may change fees for coins created in the future.
7. Rewards and payouts
Creator, holder, split and charity rewards and bounty payouts are worked out by mogz from on-chain data and paid from mogz wallets. mogz tries to calculate them correctly but may correct mistakes, including balances credited in error, before they are claimed. Minimum claim amounts apply.
8. What you may not do
- Break the law, or use mogz for fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Impersonate a person, company or charity, or create a coin that falsely claims to be official.
- Post content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
- Post sexual content involving minors, threats, doxxing, or content that promotes violence or hatred against people.
- Spam, run bots against mogz's API, or try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
- Mislead others about a coin, for example by promising returns or faking a giveaway.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give mogz permission to store, display and distribute it as part of running the site. Images and coin details you upload are published to IPFS and may stay available there even if mogz removes them. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you post.
10. Moderation
mogz may hide or remove content, hide coins from its pages, end livestreams and restrict accounts that break these terms or the policies linked from this page. mogz cannot remove a coin or its trades from the blockchain.
11. mogz's name and logo
The mogz name and logo belong to mogz. See the trademark guidelines for how you may use them.
12. No warranty
mogz is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, mogz makes no promises that the site will be available, accurate or free of errors, and gives no warranties of any kind.
13. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, mogz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data that comes from your use of mogz, the coins traded on it, third-party programs or the Solana network.
14. Changes to these terms
mogz may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep using mogz after that, you accept the new terms.
